BlueRendering.ai Terms and Conditions
Acceptance of Terms


By accessing or using BlueRendering.ai, including both our public website and the logged-in dashboard/application (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Service. These Terms form a binding agreement between you (“User”, “you”) and BlueRendering.ai (“Company”, “we”, “us”).


Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) to use our Service. By using BlueRendering.ai, you represent that you meet this requirement and are legally able to enter into this agreement. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.


Description of Service
BlueRendering.ai is an online platform that provides a suite of tools and guidance for personal finance, business development, and related topics[1]. Our Service may include features to assist with budgeting, passive income strategies, credit repair, website creation, marketing, tax planning, insurance, real estate planning, and other resources to help you “move your life forward”[1]. The Service may evolve over time as we add new features or improve existing ones. All use of the Service, whether browsing the public website or using the members’ dashboard and tools, is subject to these Terms.


Account Registration and Security
Certain features of the Service (such as the personalized dashboard or tools) require creating an account. When you register an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

  • Account Responsibility: You must promptly notify us at once if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account or security breach. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your account credentials.

  • Account Information: Please keep your account information up-to-date. This includes a valid email address and any payment information for subscription billing.

  • One Account: You agree not to create multiple accounts to bypass any restrictions or free trial limits. Each user should maintain only one account, unless expressly permitted by us.

 

Subscription Plans and Billing
BlueRendering.ai is offered as a subscription-based service with both monthly and annual membership options. We currently provide multiple pricing tiers (for example, $2.99, $4.99, and $9.99 USD), each with varying levels of access and features. Pricing and available features for each tier are detailed on our website or within the app. By subscribing, you authorize us (or our third-party payment processor) to charge the subscription fee to your provided payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on the plan you choose).

  • Free Trial: We offer a one-week free trial for new subscribers. The free trial provides full access to the chosen plan’s features for 7 days at no charge. Unless you cancel before the trial period ends, your account will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial[2]. You will be charged the applicable subscription fee once the trial expires. Each user is entitled to only one free trial, unless otherwise specified; creating additional accounts to obtain multiple free trials is a violation of these Terms.

  • Auto-Renewal: All subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly subscriptions renew each month; annual subscriptions renew each year) unless cancelled before the renewal date. We will charge your designated payment method on the renewal date for the next subscription term. You agree that your subscription will continue and your payment method will be charged automatically until you cancel.

  • Changes to Fees: Our subscription fees may change over time. If we change pricing for your plan, we will provide you notice (e.g., by email or site notification) at least 30 days in advance[3]. New prices will apply at the start of your next billing cycle after the notice period. If you do not agree to a fee change, you may cancel your subscription before the new price takes effect.

 

Cancellation and Refund Policy
We want to be fair and transparent with our cancellation and refund policy for our SaaS product:

  • Cancelling During Free Trial: If you cancel your subscription during the 1-week free trial, you will not be charged. You can cancel through your account settings or by contacting our support before the trial period ends. Once cancelled, your trial will end immediately and you will lose access to paid features, unless we specify otherwise.

  • Cancellation of Subscription: You may cancel a paid subscription at any time via your account dashboard or by contacting customer support. Cancellation will stop future renewal charges. After cancellation:

  • For monthly subscriptions, you will continue to have access to paid features until the end of the current paid month, and no further monthly charges will occur.

  • For annual subscriptions, you will retain access until the end of the current annual term, or you may choose to downgrade immediately. By default, your subscription will not renew for the next year once you cancel.

  • Refunds: BlueRendering.ai may provide prorated refunds for early cancellation of annual subscriptions as a gesture of good will, unless otherwise required by law. For example, if you cancel an annual membership with several months remaining, we may refund you the unused portion of your subscription (rounded to full unused months), possibly minus any discounts that were applied for annual pricing. Monthly subscriptions are generally not refundable once a new month’s billing period has started; however, if you believe exceptional circumstances warrant a refund, please contact us and we will review on a case-by-case basis. We will process any approved refund to your original payment method.

  • Cancellation by Us: If we terminate your account or subscription due to a breach of these Terms (see Termination section below), you may not be entitled to any refund. If we discontinue the Service entirely or terminate your account without cause, we will refund any prepaid amounts for the remaining portion of your subscription term.

 

User Obligations and Acceptable Use
By using BlueRendering.ai, you agree to use the Service responsibly and abide by the following user obligations and acceptable use rules:

  • Lawful Use: You will only use the Service for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You may not use BlueRendering.ai to engage in any unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious activity.

  • No Harmful Conduct: Do not attempt to interfere with the proper working of our Service or anyone else’s use of it. You agree not to introduce any virus, worm, malware, or harmful code into the platform, and not to engage in any activity that could disable, overburden, or impair the Service (e.g., a denial-of-service attack).

  • Respect Others: You must not use the Service to harass, threaten, demean, or impersonate any person, or to upload any content that is defamatory, abusive, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. Hate speech, discrimination, or any content encouraging violence or illegal activities is strictly prohibited.

  • No Misuse of Data: You will not attempt to scrape, mine, or extract data from the Service through automated means without our permission. Also, you must not misuse any personal data accessed through the Service, consistent with our Privacy Policy.

  • Account Sharing: Account credentials should be used only by you. You are not permitted to share your login with others or use someone else’s account. If you have a team or multi-user subscription option, each user must have their own login under that plan (per the plan’s terms).

  • Compliance with Limits: You agree to adhere to any usage limits or quotas associated with your account or subscription plan (see “Usage Limits” section below). Circumventing or attempting to exceed these limits by any means (such as creating multiple accounts or using unauthorized tools) is a breach of these Terms.

 

Failure to comply with the above obligations constitutes a violation of these Terms and may result in suspension or termination of your access, as detailed under Termination below. We reserve the right to investigate any suspected breaches and cooperate with law enforcement as appropriate.


User-Submitted Content and Files
BlueRendering.ai may allow you to create, upload, or submit content and files (for example, text, images, data, or other materials) in the course of using our tools – such as content used in website creation or personal financial data in budgeting tools. You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights that you hold in the content you submit (“User Content”). We do not claim ownership of your User Content. However, by submitting or uploading User Content on our Service, you grant BlueRendering.ai a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license (with the right to sublicense) to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and display your content only as necessary to provide and maintain the Service (for example, to display it to you or those you authorize, to process it through our tools, or to back it up)[4]. This license is for the limited purpose of operating and improving the Service, and it ends when you remove or delete your content from our systems.


Your Responsibilities for Content: When you submit content, you warrant that: - You have the necessary rights, licenses, or permissions to upload or share that content, and doing so will not infringe upon or violate the rights of any third party (including intellectual property rights and privacy rights).
- Your content and use of it on our Service complies with all applicable laws and regulations.


Content Restrictions: You agree not to upload or share any User Content that[5]: - Infringes or violates the copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, or other intellectual property rights of any person or entity.
- Violates the privacy, publicity, or other personal rights of others (for example, sharing someone’s personal information without permission).
- Is unlawful, fraudulent, libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, hateful, or otherwise objectionable or harmful (including content that is harassing, threatening, or discriminatory).
- Contains viruses, malware, spyware, or any other harmful code that could damage the Service or any system, or that could harvest information from others.
- Intentionally misrepresents your identity or affiliation, or is used to impersonate another person or organization.


We reserve the right (but have no obligation) to remove or disable access to any User Content that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms or that may harm the integrity or reputation of our Service. However, the responsibility for the content you provide remains yours, and we do not routinely monitor User Content. If you believe another user’s content violates these Terms, you may notify us. We also reserve the right to cooperate with law enforcement or comply with legal obligations regarding any content you provide.


User Content for Website Tools: If the Service allows you to create websites or other public-facing content using your User Content, you are solely responsible for what you publish. BlueRendering.ai does not pre-screen or endorse any User Content. Any websites, pages, or materials you build via our tools must prominently disclose that you, not BlueRendering, are the publisher of that content. We may include a small footer or badge indicating that the site was created with BlueRendering.ai, but we do not claim authorship of your User Content.


Feedback: If you provide us with feedback, ideas, or suggestions regarding the Service, you agree that we are free to use and implement those ideas without restriction or compensation to you. Any feedback you provide is entirely voluntary.


Intellectual Property Rights


BlueRendering.ai Content: All content and materials available on BlueRendering.ai, except for your User Content, are the property of BlueRendering.ai or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. This includes but is not limited to the software, design, layout, look and feel of the dashboard, logos, trademarks, graphics, compilations of data, articles, and any content created by our team (“Company Content”). BlueRendering.ai grants you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to access and use the Company Content for your personal or internal business use in connection with the Service. Except as expressly allowed by us, you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Company Content or the Service software. Any rights not expressly granted to you in these Terms are reserved by BlueRendering.ai.


Trademarks: “BlueRendering”, “BR” (as used in our branding), and any associated logos or slogans are trademarks/service marks of our Company. You are not permitted to use these marks without our prior written consent. All other marks and logos on the Service that do not belong to us are the property of their respective owners.


Third-Party Content: The Service may present content that is owned by third parties (for example, articles, tools, or data from partners). All such third-party content is the property of the respective owners. Your use of third-party content may be subject to the terms of the providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you rights to any third-party intellectual property, and BlueRendering disclaims responsibility for the content or accuracy of materials provided by third parties.


Usage Limits and Fair Use


BlueRendering.ai may impose certain usage limits on the Service to ensure fair and stable use for all users. These limits can depend on your subscription tier and the evolving design of our product.

  • Plan-Based Limits: Each subscription plan may come with specified limits (for example, a cap on the number of projects you can create, the number of AI queries or tool uses per month, storage space for your uploads, etc.). Such limits will be communicated in the plan details on our site or app. You agree not to intentionally exceed or circumvent these limits. If you need higher limits, please upgrade to a suitable plan or contact us to discuss enterprise options.

  • Technical Restrictions: We may also implement technical measures to prevent excessive usage that could degrade the experience for others. This might include rate-limiting certain functions or restricting API calls if we provide an API.

  • Fair Use: We expect users to utilize the Service in a manner that is fair and reasonable. Extremely high levels of activity that are not consistent with normal personal or small-business use (for example, an unusually high number of projects created in a short time by a single user that suggest abuse) may trigger a review of your account. We reserve the right to moderate, throttle, or suspend accounts that engage in excessive usage beyond what is covered by “fair use” for their plan. We will attempt to contact you if we detect usage that is problematic to discuss possible solutions (such as moving you to a higher tier or modifying usage patterns) before taking action.

  • No Resale or Misuse: You may not resell or exploit the Service or access to the Service without our permission. Using the Service for the benefit of any third-party in a manner not permitted by us (for instance, sharing your login to let others use the tools, or aggregating data from our tools to create your own competing service) is prohibited.

 

We believe in transparency and will strive to let you know if you are nearing any limit. If you do encounter a restriction or have questions about usage limits, please reach out to our support team for clarification or assistance.


Third-Party Services and Links
Our Service may include links or integrations to third-party websites, products, or services (for example, an integration with a third-party financial account service, or a link to an educational article on another site). These third-party services are not under our control, and we are not responsible for the content, functionality, or practices of any third-party services.

  • External Links: If we provide links to other websites, it is for your convenience and informational purposes. We do not endorse and are not liable for any third-party content, advertising, products, or other materials on or available from those sites. Clicking on a third-party link means you will be subject to that third party’s terms and policies, not ours.

  • Third-Party Tools: If BlueRendering.ai integrates or provides access to third-party tools (for example, a tool for credit score checking or insurance quote generation provided by an outside partner), you may be required to agree to terms of use or privacy policies of those third-party providers. We do not warrant or guarantee the offerings of any third parties. Any use of third-party tools is at your own risk, and you should review their terms independently.

  • No Liability: You agree that BlueRendering.ai will not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any sort incurred as a result of your dealings with third parties through our Service.

Termination of Accounts


By User: You are free to stop using BlueRendering.ai at any time. You may delete your account or cancel your subscription as described in the Cancellation section. If you simply stop using your account without formally cancelling, note that your subscription may continue to auto-renew until you cancel or we are unable to process your payment.


By BlueRendering.ai: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service (including paid accounts) at our sole discretion, with or without notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms or if your use of the Service creates risk or legal exposure for us. In most cases of minor or suspected violations, we will attempt to notify you of the issue and may provide an opportunity to rectify the violation, but we are not obligated to do so.


Reasons for immediate suspension or termination may include, but are not limited to: - Serious or repeated violations of the User Obligations or Content Restrictions (for example, posting illegal content or attempting to hack the service).
- Non-payment of subscription fees or an inability to charge the payment method on file (in which case we may suspend access to paid features until payment issues are resolved).
- Requests by law enforcement or other government agencies, or pursuant to a court order.
- Unexpected technical or security issues or problems.


If your account is terminated (by you or by us), your right to access the Service ceases immediately. We may delete or deactivate your account and all associated data. User Content that you have uploaded may be deleted from our active systems, although residual copies may persist in backup media for a period of time. We recommend that you export any data or content you need prior to terminating your account. BlueRendering.ai is not liable to you for compensation, reimbursement, or damages in connection with any termination of Service or loss of content associated with an account, unless required by applicable law or as expressly provided in these Terms (for example, a refund for the unused portion of a prepaid subscription in certain cases).


Termination of an account will not relieve you of any obligation to pay any fees or charges accrued prior to the termination and will not limit any rights or remedies we may have against you arising from your breach of these Terms.

This material is provided for educational and informational purposes only. It is not financial, tax, legal, insurance, or investment advice, and it should not be relied upon as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional who understands your specific situation[6]. Any financial figures, examples, CPC ranges, cost estimates, or projections shown on our Service are estimates for illustrative purposes only[6]. Individual results can and will vary. Before acting on any information or recommendations from the Service, consult a licensed professional (such as a certified public accountant, attorney, financial advisor, or insurance agent) who can review your specific circumstances[6]. User Content and Tools: You understand that any material downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of our tools (including AI-generated suggestions or calculations) is done at your own discretion and risk. BlueRendering.ai is not responsible for any errors or omissions in content, or for any damage that may result from the use of any information or tools provided on the platform.


Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of the above disclaimers may not apply to you. In such cases, any statutory warranties shall be limited to the minimum extent permitted by applicable law.


Limitation of Liability


To the maximum extent permitted by law, BlueRendering.ai and its owners, officers, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service[7]. This includes, without limitation, damages for lost profits or revenues, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure, or the cost of substitute services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.


In no event will the aggregate liability of BlueRendering.ai for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service exceed the amount you have paid to us for the Service in the last twelve (12) months, or $100 USD if you have not had any payment obligations to us, whichever is greater. Each provision of these Terms that provides for a limitation of liability is intended to apply and be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, regardless of the basis or theory of liability (such as contract, tort, statute, or any other legal theory).


Exceptions: Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you. In those jurisdictions, our liability will be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.


Indemnification


You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BlueRendering.ai, its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents, from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) that arise from or relate to: (a) your use or misuse of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any rights of a third party (for example, intellectual property rights or privacy rights) through content or data you submitted; or (d) your violation of any applicable law or regulation. This indemnification obligation will survive any termination of your account or use of the Service.


BlueRendering.ai reserves the right, at your expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, and if we do so, you agree to cooperate with our defense of that claim. You agree not to settle any such matter without our prior written consent.


Changes to the Service and Terms


Service Modifications: We are continuously improving and evolving BlueRendering.ai. We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue the Service or any portion of it at any time (including adding or removing features, or offering new services either for free or as add-ons to paid plans). We will endeavor to give you advance notice of any major changes that significantly affect your use of the Service, but this may not always be possible. Any new features that augment or enhance the current Service shall also be subject to these Terms.


Changes to Terms: We may update or revise these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify users by posting the updated Terms on our website and/or through other communications (such as an email notice or an in-app alert), at least 30 days before the new terms take effect, whenever feasible[8]. The “Last Updated” date at the end of this document will indicate when the latest changes were made. By continuing to use the Service after any revised Terms have become effective, you agree to be bound by the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service and, if applicable, cancel your subscription.


Governing Law and Jurisdiction


These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to the Service or these Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles[9]. By using the Service, you agree that any disputes or claims between us will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. We and you each waive any objection to the venue of such courts.


If you are accessing the Service from outside the United States, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws. Note that by agreeing to these Terms, you are: (i) waiving claims that you might otherwise have against us based on the laws of other jurisdictions, including your own; (ii) irrevocably consenting to the exclusive jurisdiction of, and venue in, the state or federal courts in Delaware for any disputes or claims you have with us; and (iii) submitting yourself to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of resolving any such disputes or claims.


International Use: We make no representation that the Service is appropriate or available for use in any particular location. If you choose to access or use the Service from a jurisdiction outside the United States, you do so at your own risk, and are responsible for compliance with any local laws.


General Provisions


Entire Agreement: These Terms (along with our Privacy Policy and any additional guidelines or terms provided for specific features of the Service) constitute the entire agreement between you and BlueRendering.ai regarding your use of the Service, superseding any prior agreements or understandings (whether written or oral) on the subject.


Waiver and Severability: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in full force and effect.


Assignment: You may not assign or transfer any of your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations to a third party, for example in the event of a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, or by operation of law.


No Third-Party Beneficiaries: These Terms do not create any third-party beneficiary rights. No third party shall have the right to enforce any part of these Terms.


Relationship of Parties: Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as making either party the partner, joint venturer, agent, legal representative, employer, or employee of the other. We are independent contractors to one another.
